I'm doing this for myself. I post things that inspire me to stay healthy. I hope these things also inspire you.

Had no problem on the treadmill. However, I only spent 16 minutes on it.

But when I went to use the strength machines and after about fifteen minutes I started feeling really light headed. I had to go to the locker room and sit down for fifteen minutes before I even felt safe to drive home.

Ugh. I don’t know what I did wrong to make myself sick like that. Any suggestions?
