I'm doing this for myself. I post things that inspire me to stay healthy. I hope these things also inspire you.

It’s closer to home than the other gym so I’ll be more likely to go for at least a quick work out even when I’m busy.
It’s finally time to get back on track and back on the old hamster wheel.

Last time I worked out was over 2 months ago and I could jog at 5.5 mph for 25-30 minutes. So My goal tomorrow as far as cardio is a ten minute jog, five minute cool down. I don’t want to set my goals too high and discourage myself.
